Ipakita at ibigay ang Appointment sa BEI

Na ang kanyang pangalan ay mai-record saMinutes of Voting and Counting ofVotes.

Manatili sa lugar na inilaan para sa mga poll watchers sa loob ng pollingplace.

E-record at kumiha ng mga litrato sa mga kaganapan, panahon ng pag-botoat pag-bibilang ng boto

Suriin kung ang serial number ng mga seal ay katulad ng mga serial numbersa Final Testing and Sealing

Mag protesta sa anumang mga irregularidad na nagang BEI at ng kungsinuman.

Pirmahan at ilagay ang thumb mark sa ER. Kumuha ng kopya ng ER na may lagda.

Samahan ang BEI sa pag surrender ng mga ballota at iba pang electionparaphernalia.

Tandaan ang sumusunod:

Ballot box number

Serial number of official ballot

Number of ballots manually counted by BEI Serial number of seal used

Verify ang nilalaman ng initialization report,

kung tama, permahan ang report Verify na ang memory card slot at ang back-up

memory card slot ay nanatiling selyado

Siguraduhin na ang balota any nilagdaan ng BEI Chairman bilang patunay

Hamunin ang mga ilegal na botante sa sandaling ang Bei Chairman ay

inihayag ang pangalan ng tao na nagbabalak na bumoto.

Tiyakin na ang lahat ng mga insidente ay naitala sa Minutes of Voting and

Counting. Hilingin ang mga pagbubukod mula polling place ng tao hindi pinapayagan

sa loob.

Siguraduhin na ang indelible ink ay inilapat sa right index fingernail ng

botante matapos nitong ibalik ang ballot secrecy.

Para sa mga illiterate or disabled voter, tanungin ang BEI Chairman upangi-verify mula sa EDCVL kung ang botante ay nakarehistro bilang isang

illiterate or physically disabled.

Subaybayan ang bilang ng mga nakaboto na.

Isulat ang bilang nga mga hidi nagamit na official ballots.

I-verify na ang unang walong (8) mga kopya ng Election Returns (ERs) ay

agad na na-print, kumuha ng copya at ibigay ito sa Paralegal.

Ipadala ang mga resulta para sa pagka Congressman at Mayor at sa

pamamagitan ng text sa inyong Paralegal.

I-verify na ang Bel Chairman inihayag ang kabuuang bilang ng mga botong

natanggap ng bawat kandidato.

I-verify kung ang PCOS ay naitransmitang ERs sa mga sumusunod:

a. City/Municipal Board of Canvassers (CBOCs/MBOCs)

b. Dominant Majority Party

c. Dominant Minority Party

d. Parish Pastoral Council on Responsible Voting (PPCRV)

e. Kapisanan ng mga Broadcasters sa Pilipinas (KBP)

f. COMELEC Central Server

g. COMELEC Back-Up Server

Kumuha ng kopya ng Election Returns at e-text ang resulta para sapagka Congressman at Mayor

( If you are unable to get a copy of the ER, remember that one copyof the ER has been posted on wall within the Polling Place. Take aphoto of the posted ER and copy the results for and Mayor.)

Obserbahan ang sealing ng mga ERs at ang envelopes ginamit ngBEI.

Obserbahan ang pagsasara at pag-lock ng mga ballot box ang self-locking fixed length seal at tatlong (3) padlocks. Itala ang mga serialnumber ng mgaito.

Ang BEI sa pag surrender ng mga ballot box at iba pangelectiondocuments and paraphernalia sa Election Officer (EO) atCity/Municipal Treasurer.

I-verify na ang ballt box at iba pang election paraphernalia aynaibigay sa EO and City/Municipal Treasurer.

Grounds for challenge:(a) challenged voter is not registered;

(b) challenged voter is using the name of another; or

(c) challenged voter suffers from an existingdisqualification

BEl shall satisfy itself whether the ground for the challengeis true by requiring proof of registration/ identity orqualification

BEl shall identify the voter through his photograph,fingerprint or specimen signatures in the Voter RegistrationRecord (VRR) or EDCVL

In the absence of proof, BEI may identify a voter underoath and reflect it in the Minutes

Grounds for challenge:(a) voter received or expects to receive, paid, offered or promised topay, contributed, offered or promised to contribute money or anythingof value as consideration for his vote or for the vote of another;

(b) voter made or received a promise to influence the giving orwithholding of his vote; or

(c) voter made a bet or is interested directly or indirectly in a bet thatdepends upon the results of the election

The challenged voter shall take an oath before the BEl that he hasnot committed any of the acts alleged in the challenge.

Upon taking such oath, the challenge shall be dismissed and thevoter shall be allowed to vote.

In case the challenged voter refuses to take such oath, thechallenge shall be sustained and the voter shall not be allowed tovote

Unless specifically authorized by the COMELEC, It isunlawful for the following to enter any polling place or staywithin a radius of fifty (50) meters thereof, except to vote:

1. Any officer or member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines(AFP)

2. Any officer or member of the Philippine National Police (PNP)

3. Any peace officer or any armed person belonging to anyextra-legal police agency, special forces, reaction forces, strikeforces, Civilian Armed Force Geographical Units (CAFGUs)barangay tanods or other similar forces or para-military forces,

including special forces, security guards, special policemen4. All other kinds of armed or unarmed extra-legal police forces

5. Any Barangay official, whether elected or appointed
