High-performance additive for water-miscible vegetable-oil-based cutting fluids.

KGaA significantly increases the lubricating action of the emulsion relative to standard commercial products. The use of Multan 233-2 enables the most difficult machining work to be carried out with aqueous cutting fluid systems.

Dosierung: Die Dosierung erfolgt nach Bedarf; in der Regel werden 2 – 10 kg/m³
zugesetzt. Die Schaumentwicklung muss beachtet werden. System Cleaner
MULTAN S circulates with the coolant while production continues to operate and cleans the machine. This helps to spare a separate cleaning procedure. Due to the cleaning properties of Multan S the lifetime of the emulsion will be extended.
