PERFORMANCE FITEvery course has LYCRA® running through them giving StormSock stretch, making them easy to pull on and off and they won’t fall down, giving you a snug and comfortable fit.

ELASTICATED ARCHKeeps the sock locked in position. During wear this reduces the possibility of bunching and rucking inside the shoe or boot which could cause irritation or blisters.

FLAT TOE SEAM An almost invisible hand linked toe seam closes the toe boxes creating a comfortable, flat seam that doesn’t create excess bulk and cause irritation.

SOCK LINERSBridgedale Thermal Liner Sock worn with StormSock can significantly increase warmth and insulation and can decrease drying times.

COMFORTABLE The inner is primarily knit with Merino Wool, known for its anti-bacterial, anti-odour and moisture management properties to keep your feet warm, dry and comfortable.

STRETCH A stretch PU membrane together with a matrix lamination process bonds the three layers of StormSock together ensuring they have excellent stretch.

The HydroTech PU membrane allows perspiration to pass to the outer layer of the sock while preventing outside water from getting inside. The Hydrophilic nonporous PU membrane transports perspiration to the outside via solid state diffusion meaning water molecules are carried through the physical membrane as it seeks to maintain heat and humidity equilibrium. This method of moisture transfer does not suffer from foreign object contamination such as mud, dirt and salts from sweat unlike the more common microporous membranes commonly found in waterproof clothing.
