Good Byes This is the final newsletter this year! Thank you to all of the children and staff for their hard work this year. We would also like to thank all of our parents and carers for your continued support. However, with this time of year also comes goodbyes. And sadly we are saying goodbye to some of our lovely staff: Huge thanks to our amazing, creative Deputy Head Richelle Burns who has over the last 13 years, transformed our curriculum and will be missed by our entire school community. We wish you every success for your new life back in Australia. Cathy Sheehan-we wish you every success for her new leadership position in Newham. Jack Livesey– we wish you all the best for your new adventure in Mexico! Alice Munenge, our wonderful nursery teacher who has shared her musical talents across the school. We wish you all the best for the future. Shakire Richard has been with us for two years. She has really developed our PSHE curriculum and everyone very much enjoyed Kindness Week and Health Week. Her new school is very lucky to have her! David Haydon-thanks for making us all more eco-friendly! Good luck in your new school. Yousef Harrak-we all enjoyed the Spring Fair you helped organise. Best wishes for the future. Jon Smith-well done on the completion of your Schools Direct year we wish you every success in your teaching career. Kay OConnor-we will miss your sense of fun! Year 1 impressed us with their amazing singing and acting on Wednesday, when they told us the Little Red Hen story and gave us tips on how to

help the environment.

Congratulations to Y2R– Rosa Parks Class– 98.44% attendance!

Aladdin

Year 6 dazzled us with an amazing perfor-mance of Aladdin. The acting and singing

was amaz-ing!

Splash!

Our year 4 and 3/4 took part in the Splash Project this year, which had the theme of the Mayflower. The Mayflower set sail from Rotherhithe in September 1620, bound for America.

They sang and performed beautifully.

They have worked so hard preparing for this performance showing determination and resilience. Well done!
