Care Lives Comp-Plan

Care Lives offers as many as 6 Bonuses, in a calendar month pay cycle with as high as 54% pay out. The Bonuses are paid on the 10th day of the subsequent month:

1. Welcome BonusWhenever an Active Independent Distributor (AID) directly sponsors new Independent Distributors, he / she is entitled to earn a fixed Welcome Bonus (WB), based on the Packages referred, as per the following table. Apart from the Direct Sponsor, 8 Active up line distributors will also earn WB with dynamic compression.

2. Team Building Bonus (TBB)Team Building Bonus (TBB) is paid to an Active Independent Distributor (AID) based on the GPV (Group PV) that includes the Personal Purchased Volume (PPV), up to 9-levels deep with dynamic compression, in a unilevel sales structure. Importantly, your TBB IS entirely depends on your existing business rank. Higher the business rank, deeper is the TBB paid and higher is the TBB amount. Therefore, to earn a higher TBB, you must constantly improve your Business Rank, month after month.

How to achieve Ranks

Example of Team Building Bonus

Its an example that shows if your team has expanded and each distributor purchases products worth 40PV how much your income potential will be.

Team Bulding Bonus (TBB) notes• Personal PV of every Active Distributor will be treated as one direct leg. This will be

added to the Group PV and hence considered for all Ranks & Bonus calculations; • GPV for all ranks and bonuses will be considered from actual genealogy positions

without dynamic compression; • Fresh GPV must be achieved in each calendar month, as previous rank qualifying

GPV will not be considered for any further rank advancement or for calculating bonuses;

• Only minimum GPV from each rank qualifying GPV will be considered from every Frontline, as per the table;

• A distributor is entitled to qualify for each rank only once in a life time as the Rank achieved is permanent and there is no demotion;

• Distributors who have achieved a specific rank may continue to hold the same rank as long as they are Active in the system;

• Distributors cannot jump any rank. In other words, all ranks must be achieved from bronze and above.

3. Active Bonus

In this example George has within his 3 compressed levels deep 7 8360PV. He meet the criteria 3000PV within 3 levels deep and gets 4% from his GPV

• You can earn flat 4% from 3 compressed levels subject to you being Active with 40 PPV and have 3.000 Group PV in 3 compressed levels.

• Active Bonus is paid to Active distributors with 40 PPV having 3.000 Group PV in 3 compressed levels;

4. Performance Bonus• Performance bonus is a leadership bonus.• All active distributors from the rank of Platinum and above are entitled to earn an

exciting Performance Bonus (PB), till unlimited depth, as per the following table:

• The applicable Performance Bonus % is calculated on the entire GPV turnover, exempting the GPV turnover of same rank in the down line;

the 1,5% from pearl!• Diamond & Diamond clubs will get 2% from diamond +

1,5% from Ruby + 1,5% from Pearl!!
