Platinum package (18-64 Years)

The premium on this plan is R300 and there is a R30 000 cash benefit for both the principal member (policyholder) and their spouse.

Upgrading to the Platinum Plan Existing policyholders can upgrade their plans to the Platinum Plan. A three-month waiting period will, however, apply when clients upgrade to the Platinum Plan. If a policyholder should die during the three-month waiting period, they’ll be buried using their previous cover.

Terms and conditions for the Platinum Plan 1. Your policy has to be in place for a specific period before

you or your dependants can claim. The waiting period on this cover is six months if the funeral will be conducted by A.M. Mfolozi Funeral Services (Pty) Ltd. There is a seven-month waiting period for the cash benefit.

2. Only one spouse can be covered on this policy. 3. There’ll be free repatriation for the main member

and their spouse if the funeral will be conducted by A.M. Mfolozi Funeral Services (Pty) Ltd.

4. You can add up to six children or dependants – under the age of 21 – on this policy.

5. You must pay your premiums on a monthly basis using a debit order, stop order, EasyPay, or deposit the money directly into a selected Mfolozi designated bank account.

6. A.M. Mfolozi Funeral Services (Pty) Ltd. won’t pay your claims if you don’t pay your monthly premiums.

Inkomo and Tombstone benefits Inkomo Plan – you will get a live cow weighing a minimum of 450kg or R7 000 cash.

Tombstone Plan – we’ll give you a complete tombstone (including head and base). We’ll also deliver and install it for free.
