Terms of Rates1. Pricing based on per booking at the time of ticket issue or at the time

the services are provided to the University, regardless of the number of passengers in the itinerary or the number of tickets issued for the booking (maximum of five travellers permitted on one travel itinerary)

2. 24-hour assistance surcharges will not apply to urgent enquiries, including enquiring, including enquiries that are made while a traveller is overseas and needs to make changes to their travel arrangements

3. Pricing is inclusive of merchant fee charges and the merchant fee quoted in the table above only applies where the travel agent acts as the merchant on third party supplier charges, i.e airline net remit ticket issue

4. Pricing is based on bundled services inclusive of all booking services including, but not limited to, airfares, accommodation, car hire, rail, airport transfers and changes that do not require ticket reissue.
