We You Net Declaration

1 purpose
To establish a supranational community ecosys-
tem herein called We You Net, allowing low
level autonomy, while facilitating high level co-
ordination.
2 parties
Parties to this notice are Permanent Court of
Arbitrition, Supreme Court of Canada, Federal
Court, Provincial Court of Ontario, City Coun-
cil, Occupy Toronto. Royal Canadian Mounted
Police, Ontario Police Patrol, Toronto Division
Police, Coast Guard.
3 definitions
3.1 community
Community includes single people, and larger
groups, which interact with themselves and out-side world.
3.2 ecosystem
Ecosystem refers to a natural order, with laws
precedented by material and biological life, inte-
grated with local circumstance.
3.3 country-code
We You Net country-code, We with You are
a Network in extended form, WYN three-letter
(A3) or WN two-letter (A2) code 618 num code,
WEYOUNETIA word-name.
4 sovereign state
Weyounetia is a sovereign-state insofar as it has a
population, territory, government and relations.
4.1 population
of consenting members with identification.
4.2 territory
including the properties of members and member
communities.
4.3 government
Understanding that government is a steering-
system for a community. Communities are al-
lowed to select their own form of government.
The supranational We You Net, is a logocracy,steering by words.
4.4 relations
These include negotiations with lawful courts,
peace services, nation-states, communities, and
the public. By means of notices, proposals,
treaties, petitions, public and private meetings.

If there is contest for possession of an item.

the prefered remedy is to have the contesters co-
operate, in creating enough copies for all parties
to be satisfied.
5.1.2 resolution
Otherwise possession depends on who in descend-ing order of importance, most recently recieved in
trade, did the most for its creation, maintained
it for longest duration, or inscribed their name.

This includes the ability to make member name

6.3 community court
Providing counseling, arbitration and sorting ser-
vices to member communities.
6.4 standards
We claim that these actions are witin the inter-
national community standards, and of benefit toall creation.

claim and who fails to properly dispute or make
lawful counterclaim is breaking the law, cannot

transgressions will be dealt with in a properly

9 Fee Schedule
9.1
I claim my FEE SCHEDULE for any transgres-
sions by peace officers, government principals or
agents or justice system participants is equiva-
lent to 100 grams of silver or 5 grams gold per
hour or portion thereof if being questioned, in-
terrogated or in any way detained, harassed or
otherwise regulated and and 50 grams of gold per
hour or portion thereof if I am handcuffed, trans-
ported, incarcerated or subjected to any adjudi-cation process without my express written and
