Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services moved their flex plan

to American Benefits Group. We are very pleased with this

company. They have online enrollment, which is very convenient

for the associates. They also send an email as soon as the flex

card has been used and then a few days later, you receive another

email telling you if you need to send a receipt. Each time you

receive the email, your balance is included. Everyone l have dealt

Friday). It seemed odd that authentication was being requested so

urgently on an office visit copay. Clay took my call. He was polite,
