Kelvin leads Behavior Change efforts at Jawbone, a health and wellness company that builds hardware and software experiences to improve health behavior. We accomplish this by taking learnings from behavioral science out of textbooks and into the hands of the Jawbone community.
Josh Shaeffer is Vice President of Business Development for Runtastic and is focused on establishing Runtastic’s presence in North America. Josh manages the company’s business relationships, distribution partnerships, and co-marketing arrangements. Josh has both founded consumer enterprises and worked with technology start-up companies. He holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Innovation and a B.S. in Finance. Josh is an avid runner, and he also loves playing tennis and soccer
As one of the founding experts of Clothing+, Mikko Malmivaara has been an active member in the wearables community since 1998. With a background in concept design, product design and marketing & sales, Mikko is well versed in the technical requirements of textile electronics but also has a decade and a half worth of experience in the business side of wearables. In between wearable tech, Mikko has had time to be a sponsored snowboarder, guide safaris in the wilderness of the Finnish Lapland and build and launch a line of barefoot shoes. Today Mikko runs the marketing operations at Clothing+ and travels the world spreading the word on textile-integrated biometrics sensors.
