  • CALANDRA’S RESTAURANT STAFF/CUSTOMER PROCEDURE

    The below information explains our 6 Step Safety Procedure in greater detailwith more cleaning procedures, customer regulations, and more.

    Hand sanitizer stations will be set up both inside and outside of our facilities. There will be multiple points of easy access for the comfort of our guests.

    Limited Seating for indoor and outdoor dining with 8ft. of space between each table. All three restaurants open regular hours, rain or shine, with coverings over outdoor dining spaces.

    All customers are HIGHLY encouraged to make reservations before visiting any of our locations. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. No group reservations larger than eight people per table.

    The menu can also be found on your phone during your meal if you choose not to use our disposal menus.

    All utensils will be plastic wrapped and sealed shut for our customers’ comfort. Paper cups will be used and properly disposed of after every guest. Glassware available upon request.

    All Calandra Employees will wear proper PPE including masks, gloves, and the use of hand sanitizer.

    Payment will ONLY be made by credit card and a 20% gratuity will be added to every check with no signature required. This will eliminate the use of pens and check books. (Subject to change depending on location)
