Not Much!!!
Since there is little snow, travel is always easy in the winter in Ocean City.
The population is greatly decreased as hundreds of thousands of tourist leave. A sigh of relief to many locals.
Some of the traffic lights in Ocean City are even switched to blinking lights, to speed travel for the sparse number of O.C. locals.
With the cold, recreation activities switch from swimming and sun bathing to jogs and walks on the board walk and other indoor activities.
Winter continued…….
Many of the lights on the highways are turned off.
Animals are allowed on the beach with their owners.
Many locals prefer the low key, more relaxed environment.

The Wind Down Begins
Sun-fest is a festival that draws in tourists for one more big weekend.
The temperatures cool down and people opt to walk on the beach instead of swim in the ocean.
Weather watchers scan the eastern seaboard for signs of a hurricane.
Many restaurants cut back to only weekends, making it harder for the locals to dine out during the week.
A sense of calmness and quiet returns to the area.
