Web 2.0 is about revolutionary new ways of creating, collaborating, editing and sharing user-generated content online. It's also about ease of use. There's no need to download, and teachers and students can master many of these tools in minutes. Technology has never been easier or more accessible to all.

COMMON CORE STATE STANDARDS

The standards are designed to be robust and relevant to the real world, reflecting the knowledge and skills that our young people need for success in college and careers.

NEW AGE IN EDUCATION

Students should be given the chance to engage with each other in team projects, preferably situated in the world outside the classroom, with the goal of constructing a product that is useful or interesting to someone other than the teacher.
