What is it?:• Office 365 is the brand name used by Microsoft for a group of software

plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers. For consumers, the service allows the use of Microsoft Office apps on Windows and OS X, provides storage space on Microsoft's cloud storage service OneDrive, and grants 60 Skype minutes per month. For business and enterprise users, Office 365 offers plans including e-mail and social networking services through hosted versions of Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, SharePoint and Office Online, integration with Yammer, as well as access to the Office software.(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Office_365)

What is it?:• Office 365 is free for all county employees and allows

employees to share and create documents with each other. • Teachers will be able to collaborate, analysis and share

lessons plans and data with each other , administration and parents.

• It will help school leaders be more efficient and go paper-less.

Why do it?: 

• It’s FREE!!!•The school system already paid

for Office 365 for teachers and students countywide!

Why do it?: 

• Teacher often get tied up with daily work and do not always have time to share and collaborate with their peers. Office 365 will help teachers share and interact without always being physical present.

• Office 365 will also allow mobile meetings through Skype and Yammer.

How does it work?: Illustrate the steps for implementing the strategy.

 

• 1. Teacher will first create teams and groups through their outlook accounts.

• 2. Then teacher will discuss what areas need improvement and design ways to improve their grade levels.

• Example : 4th grade team will create strategies to improve student multiplication skills. The team will create data driven lessons , analysis the data and reflect on findings.

• 3. Teacher will meet weekly online to share lessons and analysis data from data driven lesson plans for the week.

• 4. Monthly teams will discuss WOWs and Lows with school leaders and other teams . This to help share what work and fix what does not work.
