    World Wide Web (www) is a repository of information contains

    almost every possible information we imagine. In fact, these

    information are made available to the user by different web

    pages. Web pages are of different types (based on the type of

    content it contains).

    Web technologies are playing leading role in the www. Web

    BLOGS

    Blog is a contraction of the term Web-Log.

    A blog is a website, usually maintained by anindividual with regular entries of commentary,descriptions of events or other materials such asgraphics or video. A blog can be also understood asWeb personal dairy.

    Blogs or blogging refers to a simple web page ofbrief paragraphs of opinions or information, calledPOSTS.

    Wiki has a ROLLBACK function that restores previousversion.

    Good for group working because of the easy use of thetools and extreme flexibility and open access.
