The main reason why I like apple website is that it shows simplicity very well. And this simplicity is their concept. Apple applies its concept into their entire products and services.

BARNES & NOBLE is the world largest book store with a long history. But their website is so plain that none of the element of the website just can’t show its own uniqueness. It seems that B&N only want to provide the information and products they have. To me, this website is like a flat and mundane bookcase.

This website seems to cram all the information on their first webpage. Everything design elements distract my eyes. Subaru is a car company that only sells all wheel drive car. Subaru fails to put their concept in their website as apple does.

People can easily check their friends current status and find new friends. Those advertisements on the right somewhat annoys me and ruins its web design as well.
