Refine Schedule Management Web Scheduler is designed to facilitate effective and efficientscheduling. As Web Scheduler is synchronized with ANSOS One-Staff,managers can view the variancebetween required shifts and filledshifts in real-time, before schedulingshift release. Managers may reviewrequests from home, using filters tohelp prioritize the request queueand address immediate needs first.All requests may be approved ordenied, and managers may sort and view historical requests for individual employees or groups.Managers may also view pay categories – such as premium, standard or bonus – for eachemployee requesting work shifts.Changes made in Web Scheduler are immediately reflected in thebase ANSOS One-Staff system.

Authorize Schedule Access After the schedule has been madeand approved by the scheduler, allremaining open shifts are exportedto Web Scheduler for employees toview. Personalized calendars usevisual icons to show currently scheduled shifts and indicate available open shifts. As employeesmay only access those shifts forwhich they are eligible to work,there is no confusion regardingqualifications. Staff may submitrequests to pick up an availableshift, work a future scheduling period or take time off. If desired,Web Scheduler will also supportcomplete self-scheduling, allowingemployees to select shifts withoutmanager intervention. ANSOS One-Staff streamlines schedulingwith the following features:
