MCPAP for Moms ToolkitI am co-author of the MCPAP for Moms Toolkit to educate OB/GYN and PCP providers to best practices in addressing maternal mental health in pregnancy and postpartum. The toolkit contains 12 distinct mental health screening templates, treatment algorithms, and best-practice guidelines to be used by primary care providers in clinical settings. From July 2014 to December 2015, the toolkit has been distributed at 82 trainings for OB/GYNs, PCPs and community providers across MA, and is being utilized at 91 OB/GYN practices (44% of all OB/GYN practices) in MA. Training using the toolkit continues, with a goal of training all OB/GYN practices in MA. The toolkit products are all copy written under MCPAP for Moms.
