“Azerigas” Production Union of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) announces an open procurement competition (№ 29014-19) in order to provide the

requirement of polyethylene box (for G4 smart gas meter).

I.

Documents to be submitted for participation in the competition:Application letter for participation in the competition; Bank document on payment of the participation fee;Bid (must be valid at least 60 calendar days after the date of opening the

competition bids)Application for participation in the competition (signed and sealed) and the bank document on payment for participation fee should be submitted in Azerbaijani, Russian or English languages no later than 20.12.2019, 5:30 (p.m.) by Baku time, to the address of the Purchasing organization specified in the notice.The copies of the required documents (except the bid) may be sent to the e-mail address of the contact person specified in the notice. In this case, the originals of the documents shall be submitted to the Purchasing Organization until the last day of submission of the bids.

II. The deadline for submission of the bids:An original and two copies of the bid shall be submitted to the Purchasing

Organization before 07.01.2020, 10:30 (a.m.) by Baku time.Late bids shall be rejected.

III.The acquisition of the an invitation to bid and participation fee:Those wishing to acquire an invitation to bid in Azerbaijani, English or Russian

languages can obtain it from the contact person in electronic or print form after paying 590 Azerbaijani manat (VAT included) or an equivalent amount in any other freely convertible currency to the below-mentioned account, till the date specified in the paragraph I of the notice, on any business day of the week from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

IV.

Provisions: Bank garantee for a bid.

I.A bid of 1% (one percent) of the total bid price of the tender proposal is required.

II. Originals of the bank guarantee should be submitted together with the tender proposal in the tender envelope. Otherwise, the purchasing organization holds the right to reject this proposal.

III. The financial institution providing the guarantee should be recognized in the Republic of Azerbaijan or/and by the international financial operations. The purchasing organization holds a right to reject the invalid bank guarantees.

IV. If persons intending to take part in tender as a bidder wish to submit other forms of provision (letter of credit, security paper, transfer of funds to a special account of the purchasing organization specified in the invitation documents for participation in the tender, deposits and other financial assets) they should send a request to the contact person mentioned in the provision acceptability announcement.

Provision for advance payment:

Advance payment provision should be at least in the amount of advance payment.

Agreement implementation provision:

Agreement implementation provision is required in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the value of the purchasing agreement.

V. The execution date of the Contract: It is required to fulfill the conditions of the purchase contract according to a order within year.

VI. The maximum advance payment for the proposed agreement should be in the amount of 30 percent of the value of the agreement
