1) Standard spit roast cater consists of spit roasting over live timber fire on site, smoking the meat for extra flavor. Carved on site with your roasted vegetable and salads prepared with a buffet setting for self-service arrangement, complete with lighting, tables, napkins, disposable plates and cutlery. All condiments to suit each selection, gravy, sauces, dressings, salt and pepper, butter and dinner rolls.

Minimum of 50 guests @ $1500.00.

2) Home roasted cater consists of spit roast selections pre-prepared and served hot with oven roasted vegetables and sides prepared on site. Set and arranged for self-service with a buffet setting, complete with all condiments to suit each selection, gravy, sauces etc.

Minimum 30 guests @ $900.00.

3) Bain-marie Hire delivery and collection with your choice of 2 meats and gravy, includes dinner rolls, butter, salt and pepper, 2 tables and table cloth for buffet setting, @ 300 grams per head, no minimum guests.$350.00 per set of 4
