Prof. Alaa Eldin Ramadan Mostafa welcomed the visitors and gave the highest support to the programme and showed his motivation to submit the programme to Alexandria University Council.

Dr. Ahmed Elshazly has explained the purpose of the workshop and demonstrated the Agenda and the expected outcomes. Introduction to the rules and regulations for the submission of the programme to
Alexandria University Council Prof. Amany Ismail
Prof. Amany Ismail has introduced the rules and regulations for the submission of the programme to Alexandria University Council and explained what are the components of the file that should be submitted to the council. Prof. Hanan Ghozlan, Vice dean for Higher Studies and Research has participated in this session and gave a talk about a similar running programmes submitted by Faculty of Science, Alexandria University and accredited by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities.

Dr. Mahmoud Abdel sadek has demonstrated the structure and the contents of a similar programme (Erasmus+ project) submitted by South Valley University and accredited by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities.
Revision of the outputs of the Egyptian partners regarding courses’ Description based on Hurghada meeting. Dr. Kareem Tonbol
Dr. Kareem Tonbol has demonstrated the output of each Egyptian partner based on Hurghada meeting regarding courses’ Description, discussions and negotiations were run to reach a consensus on the final list of the courses and their description.

Based on the discussions on the previous session, Dr. Ahmed Elshazly has developed the final courses description document (Annex I) and the courses distribution on semesters (Annex II)

Based on the discussions on the previous session, Dr. Tarek Temraz has developed the final programme’s ILOs document in Arabic, as it should be submitted in Arabic to Alexandria University Council.

Prof. Yasser Gaber Dessouky has explained the administrative regulations and the admission requirements of the programme and a document has been developed in Arabic to be submitted with the programme.
Discusson on the future steps and the procedures for the accreditation of the programme. Prof. Amany Ismail
Prof. Amany Ismail has explained the future steps and the procedures for the accreditation of the programme. After sharing the programme structure and the courses’ description with our EU partners, the file of the programme that includes:1- Courses’s Description (Annex I), in English2- Courses distribution on semesters (Annex II), in English3- Programme ILOs, in Arabic4- The administrative regulations and the admission requirements of the programme, in Arabic.will be submitted to Alexandria University Council to get the approval and then the Dean of Faculty of Science, Alexandria University, will submit the file to the Science Sector Committee to get the approval, and finally, the file will be submitted to the Supreme Council of the Universities in Egypt to get the final approval.
