AMENITY GUIDELINES

Welcome to Harvest Point, an innovative Master Planned Community that strives to bring its residences back to nature. Harvest Point encourages outdoor activity and relaxation. Should you wish to join a committee to help plan community events for these areas, please contact the Homeowners Association at HOA@HarvestPointLiving.com.

The following guidelines promote safety and enjoyment for our amenity package. Please be sure to inform your family members and guests of the information outlined below. Thank you!

SWIMMING POOL

A Harvest Point resident must accompany a guest at all times; each resident is allowed two (2) guests.

The pool will open each year the weekend before Memorial Day and close the day after Labor Day. The Pavilion area can be reserved, but residents must be able to access the pool at all times. Call

the Property Manager to reserve. The pool phone is for emergency use only. Glass is prohibited from the pool area. If glass is broken in or around the pool, it will be drained and

could remain closed for up to 5 days with the violating party being responsible for the cost. No pets are allowed at the pool. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised. Please do not bring any grilling equipment or appliances into the pool area.

DOG PARK

Please make sure your pet is healthy, up to date on all vaccinations and parasite control. Only three dogs per person are allowed. Dogs should be kept leashed until in a designated, enclosed off-leash area. Please encourage your

dog to enter the park area in a calm, orderly manner and keep gates closed. Please pick up pet waste and dispose of it properly. Puppies under four months, dogs in heat, and small children are discouraged from using the dog

park; safety is our number one goal! Dogs must be watched at all times. Please be mindful of aggressive behavior; dog fights will not be permitted. Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries caused by their dogs.

COMMUNITY GARDEN

The Harvest Point Garden is a shared, organic community garden. Individual plots are not assigned; rather, residents are encouraged to work throughout as they wish.

Please only pick from the garden if you have been working in the garden. Each gardener is responsible for bringing his or her own tools and disposing of waste properly. Children under 12 are welcome in the garden but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Application of herbicides (weed killer) or other non-organic chemicals is prohibited. The Garden Committee will decide plantings and schedules for this area. If you would like to join the

Garden Committee, please contact the Property Manager.

POND

Pond use is at your own risk. Please beware of wildlife, possible shallow depths, and other hazards. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised.

WALKING TRAILS

No motorized vehicles permitted on trails at any time. Please keep to the right and pass on the left. Please clean up after pets and dispose of in the proper receptacles. Neighbors live close by the trail in many areas; please be respectful of their peace and quiet.
