Class Mission

The mission of our class is to help students grow; academically and personally.  Yes our focus will be biology,

but there will be many life lessons along the way. Students will be supplied with basic biological and life knowledge that they may use to make more informed

decisions about themselves and the world around them. Each student will be challenged to work to their potential, learn to work cooperatively in groups, build relationships

with their peers, and take on the responsibility of completing their assignments and earning their grade in

the class.

Classroom ProceduresEntering and getting started

1. Come in quietly and immediately go to your seat2. Take out all necessary materials3. Place homework on desk to be checked4. Get started5. Fill in daily log and write down & answer POD6. Wait quietly for the teacher

Tardy1. Enter the classroom quietly2. Sign the tardy log3. Take your seat4. Complete daily log

1. Remain quietly in your seat2. Raise your pencil3. Quietly complete the task and return to your seat

Dismissal The teacher, not the bell dismisses you

1. Keep working until the teacher asks you to pack up2. Check your area for trash on the floor or desk3. Push your chair in as you leave your desk4. Throw away any trash in the trash can5. Exit the room respectfully
