Treasurer's Report: Dawn Bouskaa. Balance: $52, 326.46b. Forms/processes: we need to be consistent in filling in forms, creating budgets etc.c. Motion to accept the September financial Report into the records can’t vote due to low numbers

Committee Reports: (Tara told those in attendance that we will now be updating monthly in this format; we all should be aware of the many great things happening all year round)

a. Art Awareness: Quick update creating an account to buy paper through Print Shop. (THR)b. Fun Fair: N/R. Meeting in late November for March 8, 2019 (THR)c. Beebe Garden: N/R. The classes had an amazing time- Hannah Graver did an amazing job of

engaging students and organizing (THR)d. Beebe Has Heart: N/Re. Beebe Social: New Date November 9, 2018. Date Change, projects, et allf. Beebe Toy Resale: It's HAPPENING! Friday is seller drop off 8-2pm pre-sale 6:30-8pm. Saturday is the

public sale 8-11:30 half price sale noon-1pm.Breakdown 1:30-3:30pm. Sunday 9-11:30 donation collection and seller pickup and payments. Monday SLEEP! Volunteers came through but just enough for some slots. Tech - test sales worked, reports and data collected correctly.Marketing - yard signs distributed by our fabulous team! Flyers sent again in backpacks and teacher mailboxes. As of 10/11 we have 69 registered sellers!Seller packet emailed to all sellers.Not too many questions from sellers on what to do.Donated items were tagged and bagged for the Beebe Seller. (thank you Jenine Hanson and Heather Huether)

g. Birthday Books: Birthday labels have been completed for September-November and have been given to Mrs. O’Neil (thank you Aubry FIeld!)

h. Book CLub: Book club sign ups have gone out to 2nd and 3rd graders. We have low participation in 2nd grade, and we want to leave it open so if a kid misses the first one and is interested in doing it, we can add them to a group. (thank you Theresa Sullivan)

i. Box Tops: N/Rj. Cards 4 Kids: All is good. Planning to do Downtown Naperville gift cards again this year. Maybe a

name change? (thank you Rene Hacker)k. Directory: Live; minimal amount of issue and confusion (THR)l. Family Events: Flyer for Movie Night went out, and working on getting food etc. Who do we contact

about setting up movie equipment? Next events are movie night and Moms and Munchkins in 2019. (thank you Christine Jurjovec & Jennifer Riordan)
