HENZE BNP AG – Precision Components Made of Sintered, Hexagonal Boron Nitride in Line With Needs and Requirements(hall B1/ stand area 219/320; 325/426; 217/318)Henze BNP AG specializes in processing and finishing

hexagonal boron nitride products and is presenting its

products for the first time at ceramitec 2015. The focus

is on HeBoSint® products. The brand name HeBoSint® stands

for precision components made of sintered boron nitride

grades, which are fabricated at Henze BNP on state-of-the-

art CNC milling and turning machines, e.g. to discs,

tubes, crucibles, hollow components, nozzles and many more

complex components. With their outstanding material

properties, HeBoSint® products meet industry’s high

demands. Extensive know-how and years of experience in the

fabrication and application of boron nitride products

enable Henze BNP to develop new product solutions for

different markets.

A priority at Henze BNP is comprehensive and individual

customer consultation with regard to the suitable boron

nitride grade and the optimum fabrication process for the

components – depending on the production process or

application in which the HeBoSint® product is to be used.

HeBoSint® products are truly multi-talented. They impress

not only with their outstanding material properties, but

also with their versatile range of applications. They are

used, for instance, in PVD and plasma equipment, in high-

temperature furnace engineering, in sintering systems and

powder metallurgy, in the solar industry, in welding and

brazing, and in research and development. HeBoSint®

products are chemically resistant to most metal, glass and

salt melts, have good release properties, are temperature-

resistant in air to over 900 °C and in vacuum or in inert

gas to over 2000 °C, exhibit low thermal expansion, high

thermal conductivity and are also an outstanding electric

insulator even at high temperatures.

In addition to HeBoSint®, the brands HeBoCoat®, HeBoFill®

and HeBoLub® will be presented. These are used, for

example, in liquid form, as spray or powder in coatings,

separating agents, fillers and lubricants.
