Hayk 7 th Aanya 8 th Mrs. Meadows 15 th Tanner 18 th **HOMEWORK ** Monday - Read for 15 minutes & complete 1 assignment from the word study menu. Tuesday: - Read for 15 minutes & complete 1 assignment from the word study menu. Purple Math worksheet in Monday Folder Wednesday: - Read for 15 minutes & complete 1 assignment from the word study menu. What a great week! The students are wonderful and really starting to get the hang of things. This week we will continue to learn about communities & start maps and globes on Thursday. We will have our Communities & Citizenship assessment on Wednesday. In math, we will continue to learn about ordinal #, patterns, & skip counting. Test will be on Wednesday. We are starting our word study this week as well. Students will need to follow along with the homework log. We will be starting our addition and subtraction timed test. This will be a weekly timed test. Please have them continue to practice their addition and subtraction facts. All students will be starting out at 5 minutes for both addition tests and subtraction tests. (50 problems each) I have listed some great math resources on my website. Learning Journals will start to come home every Friday. Please have your child read you their letter and if you have time, write a letter back to them.
