Writing
Writing task:Discuss with the children what they would want to take with them on the Ark if they were Noah.
Children to compose a sentence about what/who they would like to take on the ark. They are then to use their Fred Fingers to break each word down into the individual sounds to write them.
Please do not write the sentence for the children to then copy. It is important they develop their ability to write independently, using the strategies taught to them at school.
However, they may need support remembering how to spell Common Exception Words. A list of these has been attached.
