The structure and activities to be completed are a collective responsibility between staff and community experts. The Technical Panel Lead will be responsible for completing the following tasks; 1. Ensure four meetings a year take place 2. Liaise with the Head of Performance and any other staff member required as part of the panel’s business in line with the WG strategy. 3. Drive the panel to deliver the discipline plan across Wales 4. Produce annual reports and communication to the wider community 5. Ensure financial systems are transparent and efficient where applicable 6. Attend technical panel meetings and ensure agenda and minutes are produced 7. Attend British Gymnastics events or nominate appropriate cover

Technical Panel Lead

For each discipline there will be a National Technical Panel made up of Welsh Gymnastics (WG) staff and members of the gymnastics community. The panel will work together in relevant roles and activities to deliver the discipline strategy. The structure and activities to be completed are a collective responsibility between staff and community experts.

The Technical Panel Lead will be responsible for completing the following tasks;
