HENLE GRAMMAR CHART BOOK
Instructions:
These are the noun charts that are the most useful to copy multiple times, memorize and master. They do not include all the grammar rules that are assigned each week. If you want to have practice for all the grammar rules, see my document “Grammar Notebook – ALL” on my website - https://henlelatinhelps.wordpress.com/ and then go to Challenge A Resources (2nd link)
The first set of pages are the master copies of the charts. These are charts that the students will copy from. For the noun declension charts, adjective charts, verb charts, they can substitute out the model word for ANY word from the vocabulary in the same form. If you are copying more than one time, it would be good practice to choose different vocabulary words. You may want to print the master copies and laminate them. You may want to print the master copies and put them “backwards” into a 3 ring notebook so that it is opposite the practice page.
The second set of pages are the practice charts. You may want to print multiple copies of these charts and you may want to print copies from previous weeks for review. You might do something like this week’s copy each day and then an additional page from a different week too. Or you might want to do this week’s chart but then keep assigning the other weeks in order until they are mastered. Example: You might be on the 4th declension noun so copy that but let’s say you haven’t mastered the 1st declension noun.. keep practicing that one until you have it mastered and then move onto 2nd declension.
How you arrange the grammar notebook is up to you and what you think will work best for your student.
