The Singapore Tourism Board (STB)’s Training Industry Professionals in Tourism (TIP-iT) fund supports tourism companies in their employee upgrading, talent and leadership development. Specifically, the fund supports Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents participating in courses from recognised institutions. The fund is part of STB’s Tourism Development Fund and designed to help realize STB’s Quality Tourism strategy by helping tourism companies to build an innovative and productive workforce for tourism benefits.
