Welcome to the party! My name is Tina and I will be your Tupperware tour guide for our party on ______. Are you ready to win some prizes?

There’s 3 parts to the party.

The first part is the pre-party. This is happening now. I’ve already posted albums that show you what’s available in our catalog and sale flyer right now. There’s also a couple of games about to get underway!

The second part of the party is the one hour we will be together. We’ll have several games to play so you can win prizes. All games will finish the day after the party. To help you find them, I’ll label them GAME. Then you can type the word GAME into the group search bar and they will show. To play, you just need to comment, post, ask questions or whatever the game asks. Make sure that you join us live for the party ______.

The third part of the party is the order process. Some of you may already be ready to order. When you are ready to order, send me a private message with your order. I will total it up and let you know your balance. We accept Visa, MC and Discover. Your order will ship directly to you. You should expect it within 10 days.

You can also start adding your guests now. Please add those you are closest to and who would want to be here with us. Aim to invite about 50 to have at least 25 guests in the party. This number seems to be best. Please invite at least double that (even more). This is really important to have a successful party.

Here is what you will do to add guests: once in the group, you can click on the blue + sign and invite your friends. However, due to Facebook rules, adding them this way does NOT include them in your party!

Here’s the MOST IMPORTANT step:Send every person you invite a PERSONAL MESSAGE. I will send you the exact message to send next so you can just copy and paste it. Make sure to use their name in each one so it feels personal. This insures they see your party link, but also makes them know you really want them to be a part of it. Feel free to change anything you like to make it feel and sound more like you.

Our Mandolin is on special to qualifying hosts this month. I love it for slicing paper thin tomatoes and onions, making crinkle cut zucchini slices for dips and making French fries. Check out the HOST album for all the details. Speaking of French fries...which is your favorite!

Game # 5 pointsMy entire pantry is organized with Modular Mates. There's several things I love about them.

1. it eliminates duplicate buying as every container is labeled and has a permanent spot.

2. You know exactly when it's time to add something to a grocery list. Just open your cabinet and look.

3. They save so much space. For example, I stack 5lbs of sugar on top of 5# flour.

4. They eliminate bugs...no ants, weevils or other bugs will be able to get into the containers.

5. Sanitize your cabinets...where have all those boxes and bags been? On trucks, in warehouses, touch by lots of people. Get rid of them!

I have two goals for this party. One is to make sure you have a great time, win some prizes and learn more about Tupperware. The second is to make sure that ______ earns a ton of free Tupperware. You can also add your link to the party. This may be surprising, but there are always people we don’t think of to invite who would like to come or even just place an order! Also, be sure to be in the party and interact as much as you can by tagging people often.

CinchShare: CinchShare is designed for social media marketing. It allows you to pre-schedule your posts. It’s a website, not an APP. You can schedule your entire party a few days in advance. The beauty of it is, the posts are saved in the program’s history once they have been made, so you and just copy them for your next party! Also CinchShare allows you to make posts to more than one party at a time. I’ve done two on the same night---which can get crazy when you are monitoring the posts, but it CAN be done.There is a fee for CinchShare. If you do multiple Facebook parties, then it’s worth the investment.

Games:Initially I was giving a gift to everyone that won a game. Since orders are shipped direct, I can’t add gifts to an order. Mailing even a citrus peeler can be costly. I’ve moved to giving points for playing games and awarding one nice gift for the person with the most points. I make sure it’s something I can either add to their order (on the go utensils) or mailed in a priority envelope.
