7 th July 2017-Sparkle weekend

The sparkle weekend claims to be the world’s largest transgender event. The national transgender charity event is organised annually for the weekend to celebrate the transgender community.

8 th July 2017- Pride in London parade (LGBT) Pride in London is an annual LGBT festival and a parade that is held in each summer. It is the day where people fought and won the rights and freedom at the event.

9 th July 2017-Dharma day Dharma day commemorates the Buddha’s first teaching. It is celebrated with readings from the Buddhist scriptures. Buddhist festivals mark important events in the life of the Buddha and celebrate his teachings.

28 th July 2017- Belfast pride Festival The festival is Ireland’s biggest LGBT festival with audiences of up to 50,000 people each Summer. It is a protest and a celebration, a call for equality, a stand for solidarity and a celebration of

the lives of LGBT.In Belfast and is about LGBT messages and expressing support for LGBT people.

Equality and Diversity- Eid-ul- FitrRamadhan is the month to fast, to focus on praying, giving money to charity and not drinking and eating from dawn to dusk to understand how the poor feel. Eid is celebrated by all Muslims worldwide after the end of the holy month of Ramadhan. Eid is a celebration to spend with family and friends after fasting in Ramadhan.

Traineeships offer 6 weeks minimum work experience, this can be extended to meet your needs of the business, try before you buy!!Work experience hours are catered to your needs.At the end of this duration the employer will offer an Apprenticeship interview, Job interview or an exit/ end of placement interview.Other information:

All trainees take part in Employability skills training

If required they will work towards functional skills (Maths and English).
