INSTRUCTIONS

Use this form to create an interview guide for a hiring interview. Review the job description and make a list of the key responsibilities and tasks of the job, relevant experience and accomplishments, and personal attributes to look for. For each of the areas you need to explore with the candidate, prepare several questions in advance.
