off the treadmill and sitting in an adjacent chair until the pain subsides. Record the time it takes for you to reach a 1/5 on the claudication scale.
Record the time of each exercise and rest bout. Exercise/rest periods are repeated throughout the exercise session (total
of 60 minutes).
