I close my eyes and take a deep breath. Try it. What can you hear? Try sitting still for 30 seconds with your eyes closed and focus on the sounds you can hear. This is good to do together so it is even quieter in the room.

I think of things I am looking forward to when it is all over.

Keeping in touch with friends and family. My dad sends me silly jokes most days and Miss Marjoribanks sent me a very cute picture of her cats to make me smile.

Q: What do call a boomerang that doesn’t come back?

A: A stick! (told you they were silly!)

Put on some music (headphones are good so you don’t disturb anyone!) and DANCE!! My children give me funny looks at this one!
