Each participant will be provided with one 6’ or 8’ table, depending on availability. 3. The event is from 12:00-4:00 pm. The Lobby at The Ritz will be available for setup beginning at 11am. You must arrive no later than 11:30 am for set up and stay for the duration of the event. 4. The cupcakes must be pre-baked. We do not provide kitchen accommodations. 5. Please bring enough cupcakes to accommodate a large crowd. We suggest a minimum of 5-6 dozen, but please use your best judgment. Whole

but please use your best judgment. Whole cupcakes should be continuously displayed (for artistry judging), but cupcakes should be cut into smaller pieces throughout the day, so that attendees may taste and vote. Safe Harbors will provide small plastic cups in which to hold the pieces for tasting.

6. Please feel free to bring marketing materials (menus, fliers, business cards, etc.) to promote you and your business as you see fit. All marketing materials must fit on your table along with your cupcakes.

7. Please be sure to promote this event on your own with family and friends by using social media and word of mouth. The more, the merrier and the better your chances for winning Public Favorite!

8. A panel of professional judges as well as event attendees will vote on winning cupcakes. Judging categories will be Best Overall Professional, Best Overall Amateur, Child Baker (18 & under), Most Beautiful Professional, Most Beautiful Amateur, Most Original Flavor and Best Gluten Free (NEW to 2015). The event attendees will vote on Public Favorite. Prizes will be given to winners.

9. After the event, all participants and winners (and links to their businesses, where applicable) will be listed on the Safe Harbors website and in a press release that will be distributed to local media. If you wish to have your website linked, please fill out the Business Website line above.
