Build a minibeast habitat!Not sure how? See the appendix for a set of instructions or go online to find something that will work for your

outdoor space.

Write about the minibeasts in or near your home.You could make a leaflet and give us lots of pictures.You could write a paragraph to compare the minibeasts you find in a park, and the ones you find in someone’s garden. It’s your choice – and of course you can type it up

Word chains – how many words can you link together in a word chain (see example given).

Target number 999. Roll a dice twice and make a 2 digit number. Roll the dice twice again and make another 2 digit number. Multiply the numbers together. How close can you get to 999. Repeat.

Draw and design a habitat for your grown-ups!What would they need to survive?What would they want?What could they not live without?Be creative! Have fun!

Speak about protecting minibeast habitats.You could record this as a social media campaign or act it out like a speech. Try to convince someone why minibeast habitats are important!
