1. Click File>new to start a project

It should look like this!

2. Select the text tool (It is a letter T in the toolbox). Create a rectangle large enough to fit your text.

3. Click in the box and type something

4. Click the Selection Tool (black arrow ) Then go to Type>Create outlines

5. What you wrote should look like this

6. if you want to edit individual letters go to

Object>Ungroup

How to resize, rotate, and change color for text

7. To resize click one of the boxes on any corner of any shape

8. To rotate there is a tool on the left , click the image and rotate it the way you like.

9. Click any word or letter and there should be a color wheel on the right of the screen

10. To change the style select the style box on the upper part of the screen
