Analyze experiences you engaged in this week that challenged you to use what you’ve learned in a GCDP course, including: Project Management, and Financial Management. Our project team had a meeting this week for the pre-project implementation planning. We are currently gathering information for the project design and gap-fit analysis. Information gathering were through interviews, questions and answer sheets and surveys. I met with about 5 employees from the finance department and ask questions about their current systems and how best we are able to design the new system to accomplish company objectives. The implementation team will meet with management next week to confirm information integrity and the gaps that need to be address in the SAP systems. Development values: In my project delivery, I will be using SMART goals which was to be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and of course timely. My delivery must be precise and measurable. So that I was efficient in completing my projects within budget and on time.

Self-care: I met with people on daily basis in a corporate setting so I have to dress professionally. Appearance in the business world is very important and I try to comport myself accordingly.

Health and wellness: I play tennis about 3 times a week to keep fit. I need to do more in that area and I also got a gym membership to do even more.

Organizing: We worked on the project blue print which includes the pre-planning, design, realization, testing, go live and training and support. This is the road map for the project.
