are a good fit for your future goals. Degree and certification programs are listed for school specific awards. (School specific scholarships are available only to someone who would be a new attendee of the specific schools chosen)

3. Winners will be announced at the Aviation Education & Career Expo onOct. 26th, 2018. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Essay question: For tuition and monetary awards. If you were to combine aviation with any humanitarian effort, what would it be? Who would you help? How would you accomplish your goals? What is your desired outcome?

You have full creative freedom to design your unique mission. Consider the humanitarian efforts and charitable organizations you are already passionate about. You may even combine parts of the industry together. (The entire essay can be up to 1000 words, but not over)

The following criteria will be used to judge your essay.

1. Comprehension 25 points - How well does the essay respond to the question?

2. Organization 25 points - Does the essay follow a logical and easily understood progression? Are the main points supported by evidence and examples?

3. Content & Creativity 25 points - How compelling is your story?

 4.  Writing 25 points - Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation and use of language.
