1. Trichoderma harzianum 1.0% W.P. Formulation i) Shelf-life Data: (18 months) – (For One year Shelf-life claim) (Includes C.I.B. – Dossier

Preparation/Technical documentations/ Filing/Handling charges Plus Scientific liaison & Fast Track Follow-up.

ii) Bio-efficacy: 2 Seasons and 3 locations data provided by IIHR on 2 crops along with the Lab Bio-efficacy, disease severity / root colonization data, phyto-toxicity and data on Non-target organism as per the New Revised Guidelines of C.I.B.-RC

iii) Toxicology: Eco-Toxicological Studies a) Toxicity to Chicken b) Toxicity to Pigeon c) Toxicity to Fresh water Fish d) Toxicity to Earthworm iv). Human Safety Records (For Primary culture and Formulation - will be provided by CSAUA&T, Kanpur).

v) Packaging: Container Content Compatibility Study

Terms & Conditions

1. The offers from the manufactures/authorized dealers shall only be accepted. The tendering firms must be registered under Trade Tax Act.

2. All the documents enclosed with the tender must be signed by the manufacturer or his authorized representatives of the firm with his/her name, designation and official seal. A list of all the duly signed documents must be enclosed with tender also.

3. The following documents must be submitted along with their offers otherwise their offers would be rejected out rightly:

(a) Trade Tax Registration Certificate.

(b) Trade Tax Clearance Certificate of last financial year.

(c) Authority letter of the manufacturer for dealership.

(d) Printed pamphlets of the equipments/machines/apparatus.

4. The tenders must be submitted in properly sealed envelop containing ‘Original’ and ‘Duplicate’ inscribed separate envelopes. Original and Duplicate words must be inscribed on the right hand side of the envelope. Tenders shall be rejected out rightly if duplicate copy of tender is not enclosed in separate envelope. ‘Original’ and ‘Duplicate’ inscribed envelopes must contain ‘Technical’ and ‘Financial offers in separate envelopes which must specify the tender notice number and date of submission on the envelop.

5. All the tenders shall have to give certificate to the effect that quoted prices in the tenders are not higher than the prices quoted for the same in other organizations within six months.

6. The Vice Chancellor reserves the right to accept or reject all the offers without assigning any reason.

7. The quantity of goods may be increased/decreased according to requirement.

8. The Tenderer who have minimum three year experience or these firms who have successfully carried out minimum two similar projects for Central/State Government/Autonomous Bodies/Public Undertaking/SAU’s.

9. The project for CIB Registration of Bio-control agents i.e. Trichoderma harzianum and Pseudomonas on job contract basis comprising of organization of requisite data dodcket and subsequent Registration of Bio-control Agents with Central Insecticide Board (CIB) under section 9 (3) Permanent Registration should be completed during the stipulated time frame.

10. The University reserves the right to deduct sum of one per cent of the value of the said goods materials for each and every day up to 30 days after expiry of allotted time of delivery, if delivery is not made within the stipulated period.

11. All the goods delivered shall be accepted only after found in good condition in inspection by the Indenting Officer for the purpose. Properly sealed and packed goods shall only be accepted.

12. The demonstration of equipment/apparatus would be made by the Firm in the University before the purchase committee within the stipulated time. Failing with the tender would be rejected.

13. The Tenderers should also be quoted in Indian currency for foreign equipments/materials.
