Since 1930, ENTECH nozzle check valves have provided reliable back�ow prevention for the oil, gas, water and process industries.
Beginning in 1972, ENTECH has served the nuclear industry with nozzle check valves for containment and commercial process.
The ENTECH nozzle check valve is designed to meet the criteria of conventional check valves by allowing forward �ow under normal conditions, opening easily, �rmly backseating at low velocity and closing on reverse �ow with minimal seat leakage.
The ENTECH nozzle check valve meets these basic requirements and incorporates these additional features:
The ENTECH nozzle check valve is aligned with other Cameron products, leading the �eld in pipeline and gas production, o�shore, onshore, sub-sea, re�ning and industrial processing.
• Non-slamming - valve closes prior to reverse �ow
• Short stroke length reduces closure time and eliminates water hammer
• Metal-to-metal sealing
• Conical seating surface is self-aligning and rovides tight shut-o�
• Minimum pressure loss with excellent dynamic performance
• Spring loaded disc design allows mounting in any orientation

DRV-Z
The DRV-Z Nozzle Check is a small bore valve designed for use in piping systems from 1 in. (25 mm) to 10 in. (250 mm) diameter. This size range allows the use of a simple, streamlined, in-line check design which is quick to respond to changes in velocity.
The DRV-Z design also provides:• Non-Slam Closure
• Metal Seating
• Extremely Quick Closure
• Spring Loaded disc design allows mounting in any orientation
• Low Pressure Loss
• No Scheduled Maintenance

The DRV-B Nozzle Check is a large bore valve for use in compressor and pumping stations from 12 in. (300 mm) through 68 in. (1700 mm) diameter. In this size range ENTECH incorporates the use of an annular ring design which outperforms other nozzle check valve designs. By utilizing the doughnut shaped annular disc, ENTECH Nozzle Checks are able to minimize the weight (mass) of the disc and has the ability to go from fully open to fully closed in a fraction of a second.
The DRV-B design also provides:• Non-Slam Closure

• Extremely Quick Closure
• Spring Loaded disc design allows mounting in any orientation

The DRV-BK utilizes the same design concept and features and bene�ts found in ENTECH’s DRV-B design. The only di�erence is that the DRV-BK is a compact design thus it has shorter Face-to Face and is lighter weight.
