Once the design for the new webproject has been completed andsigned off, we will ask you tosupply the files to us. There aretwo options at this point. The software enables the siteadministrator to fully manage allaspects of their online products.The system ensures that allaspects of product managementare catered for including theability to add / remove andupdate product information inreal-time. Categorymanagement ensures the siteadministrator can manage thecategories they wish to assignproducts to. To ensure the siteadministrator does not requireFTP to upload the productimages to the server, thesoftware is supplied with anintegrated image upload facility.This gives admin the ability toupload images from the browser.

All orders that are approved areinstantly written to the ordermanagement database. Allorders received are given aunique order number which isconfirmed to the client on theirthank you email. Once adminhas entered Order Manager thesystem defaults the display tothe current month and shows allorders received on a line format.Once admin clicks the ordernumber the full information isdisplayed including thecustomer and order details.Shipping management enablesadmin to enter the details of thecarrier and once the order is setas shipped the customerreceives an automated emailconfirming their order has beendespatched.

Customer Manager ensures thatonce a user has shopped withthe website they have ausername and password thatenables them to login at thepoint of checkout. This ensuresthe client does not have to inputtheir personal details each timethey wish to place an order.From the backoffice admin canbrowse customers and view theorder(s) they have placed in thepast. If required admin cansuspend a users account.

shopping manager

Shopping Manager includes theproduct search facility whichenables site users to locate theproduct they are looking for.This generally consists of akeyword and category searchbut can include other fields heldwithin the product database.Once the user has located therequired product they have theability to add it to the shoppingcart. From the shopping cart theuser will specify the quantityrequired and then enter theirpersonal information into thecustomer detail screen. The userwill then be directed to maketheir payment online.

e-com managerE-Com Manager software is a fully integrated e-Commerce softwarepackage that covers all aspects of trading online.

Site users use a dynamic search facility to locate the required productvia a keyword and or a category search. The list of results consists of agoogle style pagination facility, clickable page numbers and a next andprevious button. Each result will display a thumbnail image, title, briefdescription, cost, more info button and add to cart option. Choosingthe more information option, will take them through to a moredetailed page displaying a full size image and more information on theproduct. From this point the user will have the ability to add theproduct to their shopping cart or go back to the search results page. Ifthey choose the add to cart option the product will be added to theshopping cart and enable the user to change quantities required. Fromthis point the user can continue shopping or checkout.

If the user chooses to checkout the system will direct them throughto the customer detail screen. If the person has already shopped withthe website before, they will have the ability to input their usernameand password to complete the purchase. If the user has not shoppedwith the website before, they will be required to enter all the detailsincluding a username and password for future shopping.

When the login or registration process is complete the user will bedirected to the secure payment servers. Here they will be promptedto enter their card details. The system will then direct them to athank you screen and displaying their order number. As well as thisthe user will also receive an email confirming their order details andagain thanking them.

Our e-commerce software is fast becoming thechosen solution for clients wishing to sell theirproducts online. All aspects of management areincluded such as product, order and customermanagement together with secure onlinepayment servers.

user managerThis software enables a clientlogin facility for trade customers.

All users are initially set up byadmin. Admin is required to enterall company information andwhether the user has a creditaccount or must pay by creditcard online. Once the account isset as active an email is sentconfirming their details andwelcoming them to the website.

When a trade user logs in, theyonly see trade prices relevant tothem, including any discounts.

accounts managerThe host website has the abilityto run a data import / export linkbetween the website and the inhouse accounts software.

The software offers two ways oflinking the systems, the firstoption gives the ability to createa download of the web ordersand import them directly to theaccounts package. The secondoption is for a live link betweenthe software packages. Thisfacility shows real-time orderstatus within the accountspackage and the website.

mailshot managerThe mailshot management software enables the host website tomarket its products and services via email. The system enables theadministrator to either bulk or tailor emailshots to databasemembers. The mailshot software is supplied with a user signup facilitywhich is available from the website to enable site traffic to signup foremails and newsletters.

For targeted emailshots admin has the ability to select a number ofsearch variables eg. location, type of industry. Once they have chosentheir required criteria the software will display the list of recipientswho will receive the email.

Once the recipients list has been created admin will then structuretheir email including managing the text they wish to use and anyimages they want to include within the email.

The brief for the Skoda e-commerce project was: To enable retailers to utilisean online facility for orderingboth stationery and generalmerchandise. Each retailerhas their own trade usernameand password. The same e-commerce site is availableto the general public, for themto buy merchandise online.

The end result was a single e-commerce system with atrade login facility. Thisenables Skoda to select theproducts they wish to sell totheir trade customers and thegeneral public independently.

The software is supplied with aninitial balance of SMS credits.Admin has the ability to ordermore credits. SMS manager hasthe ability to deliver textbroadcasts to over 30 countries.

advert managerThe Advert manager software enables the host website to generaterevenue from its current site traffic. The software enables the hostwebsite to run a banner management facility for ‘would be’advertisers.

The software enables advertisers to initially signup and create a useraccount. Once their account is active the advertiser will have theability to view rates for different size banner adverts. The user willselect their required size and then have the ability to upload theiradvert. Once this has been done they will be directed through to apayment screen where they will be asked how many pageimpressions they wish to purchase. Once they have specified this andpaid, their advert will be made live.

As the page impressions purchased run out the advertiser willreceive notification to ensure they are kept up to date on theircurrent account balance. At any point the advertiser can login andchange the advertisement artwork and or purchase more pageimpressions.

From the management area the advertiser also has the ability to viewhow many advert click throughs they have received on a daily /weekly basis.

job managerJob manager enables the hostwebsite to run their own HRarea. Admin has the ability toadd / remove and update jobinformation as and whenrequired. Category managementenables admin to create andmanage the job categories theywish to assign jobs to. A latestjobs option is available to enableadmin to ‘flag’ jobs that theywish to appear on the homepage.

Site users can search for a jobby keyword, salary or category.Once the user has located a jobof interest they have the abilityto apply online.

question managerThe question managementsoftware requires site users toinitially signup and becomeregistered users of the system.Once the user account iscomplete the user can enter thefirst level of the question facility.The user will select the answersto the questions and submittheir entry, the system willdisplay on screen their resultsand whether they have passedor failed. If they have passedthey progress through to thenext level. The end result whenthe levels have been completedis that the user is able to printoff a personalised certificate.

For users that enter answersincorrectly, they are required tocomplete the level again. Thesystem will always generate arandom list of questions. Fromthe backoffice admin can selectthe number of levels, enter thequestions and answers and viewthe users status within thequestion facility.

Site users can search events byusing the search panel whichgenerally includes a keywordand category search. Once theuser has performed their searchthey will be presented with thematching events. From here theuser can view the fullinformation on the event andbook their tickets online.
