THE CLIENT USA Exterior is an ecommerce store that sells window shutters for homes. THE PROBLEM

The client was paying another agency for organic search and pay per click (AdWords) services – they were barely breaking even on their total marketing spend. After parting ways with the agency they approached us looking for results. The client wanted to reach double profitability on their Google AdWords spend. In other words, for every $1 they spent on ads, they wanted to drive at least $2 in revenue.

Ø  We work on flat monthly retainers but reserve the option to expense for additional costs (Facebook ad spend, content writing, and more).

Ø  Retainers are built based on hourly pricing. We use a ‘blended rate’ to price our contracts – that blended rate is $150 an hour.

Ø  We require a minimum of 27 hours ($4,000/month) to meet our retainer minimum.

Ø  We offer discounts to this rate based on contract length: 6/9/12 months = 5/8/11% price discount.
