Timelines & Schedules
i. Communication/Project Management
Management of the Social & Local Marketing project will revolve around several people who will be your
point of contact at SMG. Typically you will be working directly with 1-2 project managers who will handle
support, communication and the technical aspects of the project. Your project manager will be available via
email and phone as needed during the project and for support ongoing. Additional staff can be available as
the project evolves.
Communication during the project will be a combination of in-person, phone, email and collaboration within
our company portal. By using this centralized system we're able to document our communication, organize
required project files and manage timelines more effectively and efficiently.
ii. Schedule of Deliverables
Below is an estimated summary of the timeline and milestones as they relate to the phases of the Social
Media & Online Local Marketing project. Please refer to the development phase section for the specifics on
each phase and the deliverables.
• Weeks 1 - 2: Initial research, team assignment, & project kickoff meetings.
• Weeks 3 - 6: Marketing research, media channel assessments, strategy development, determination
of measures & targets, content calendar planning & rolling 3-4 month production established
• Week 7- 8: Initial deliverable assignments resourced.
• Month 3: Initial deliverable assignments reviewed, approved and launched. Monthly production plan
executed, monthly reporting and analysis, plan refinements (PDCA) implemented with ongoing
coordination with ForeverLawn West Texas.
• Months 4 - 12: Continue to work the plan & refine based on reporting & analysis guidance.
Upon the awarding of the project, the signed contract and the initial down payment, work will commence
unless agreed otherwise.
Payment Schedule:
Payment for retainer fees will be billed monthly and payment will be expected before the month of services
begins. Invoices will be sent in advance for your records and we'll expect timely payment to continue our
services.

1. Agreement:
a. This agreement is entered into by ForeverLawn West Texas (hereafter referred to as "the Client" and
Sanctuary Marketing Group, LLC (hereafter referred to as "Sanctuary") for services listed in the attached
agreement number 20160105 dated January 05, 2016.
*About "Dealer Basic" vs. "Dealer Competitive (RECOMMENDED)" budgets:
Budget determines pace. We prioritize those activities that we feel will help you achieve your goals the quickest,
given the available time & investment. Monthly reporting informs whether or not we are on the right track. We then
adjust the plan via the rolling 3-4 month production plan based on our results and analysis.
b. The Client agrees to Sanctuary's Terms and Conditions as provided in this proposal.
c. The Client agrees to payment terms described in this proposal.
d. The Client agrees to the proposed project timelines in this proposal.
e. Included services are limited to those specified in this contract and no other services. If additional services
are requested, they will be at Sanctuary's current pricing at the time the service is rendered.

2. Contract Number 20160105:

with us working together. It's really important to us that everything is transparent and understood
from the beginning so that we lay a solid foundation for a great working relationship.
