We understand the importance of marketing and advertising, and that they’re both essential in order to grow your business. That’s why we developed this site, to help you easily access all of the tools and information you need to reach and acquire new customers.
Within the site you’ll find a variety of brochures and marketing materials for Intact Insurance and our individual products, too. As part of our commitment to brokers we’ve also made a lot of our materials (e.g. posters, sales tips, brochures, etc.) available for co-branding directly on the site.
As the landscape of marketing continues to change, we will continue to change and adapt with it, supporting you along the way.

How the site is designedThe site is divided into four categories: Customer Marketing, Broker Facing Material, Envelopes, and Payment Forms. It’s easy to navigate and in-cludes many new and exciting features:
• Preview option available for all materials
• Easy navigation to help you find what you’re looking for
• A ‘Shopping Cart’ feature that allows you to view all items before placing your order
• Search bar functionality• Ability to upload your own logo and
contact information for the purpose of co-branding eligible marketing materials

From the broker portal, click on my toolkit under the Quick Clicks heading.

Enter your abbreviated province and broker code and click ‘Log In’.

Navigating the website
Once logged in, there are three main ways to navigate the site.
SearchSimply enter the search term in the ‘Find Products’ box and click the magnifying glass. The search functionality can find items based on document number (e.g. 58825) and also generic and specific key words or phrases (e.g. Novex, lifestyle advantage, my rate brochure, etc.)
Side PanelThe side panel has organized all of the materials into common categories. Click on the symbol to expand the categories and find materials.
Main WindowThe main window displays categories, sub categories and materials depending on what has been selected.

Placing an order
After finding a document you would like to order, click ‘Continue’.

1If the document offers co-branding you will have the opportunity to fill in the text fields and include your logo if you wish.
2To upload a logo file click ‘Select File’; follow the prompts to navigate to the file and click ‘Upload’.
3After the necessary information has been entered and your logo added click ‘Preview’. This will open a high resolution PDF in a new window.
Please note this will not work if pop-ups are disabled for this site.
4Select the quantity you wish to order from the drop down menu.

To proceed with the order select ‘I accept the proof’ and click ‘Add to Cart’.

If you wish to download and save a copy of the electronic file click the disk icon.
Please note the disk icon may be in a different location based on the web browser that is used. In this case it is viewed by hovering over the lower portion of the window.

After completing all of the documents you wish to order click the ‘Checkout’ button in the top right corner of the site

Ensure your order summary contains all of the correct materials and quantities you’d like to order.
If everything is correct, click ‘Continue’.
