• I never received an invoice or confirmation email for my registration…so am I registered? If you didn’t receive an email confirmation, it could be that the email address was invalid or your email spam filter has blocked the invoice from making its way to your inbox. Check your spam/junk filter to see if it’s there. If not, email us at [email protected] and we’ll make sure you get a new copy.
• I cannot attend a workshop or event I registered for…what can I do now?
If you contact us prior to the event date, you have the following options: • Transferring your registration to another person from your church. Email
[email protected] with your request and we’ll transfer the registration to any event being held the same day as the original registration.
• Keeping the registration in your name but transferring it to the next available date for the event. Email [email protected] with your request before the day of the event.
• What is your cancellation policy? If you are unable to attend an event you registered for, please know that refunds are not available. If you contact us prior to the event, you can transfer your registration to another person or for the next available date for no charge. (See details above.) Transfers are not available after the event has occurred.
• My group has signed up for an event already and now an additional person would like to register. Can I register them for the same rate?
You can easily register another person for an event at WiredChurches.com, but in order to get a Group Discount rate, you must register all those attendees at the same time, on the same invoice.
• I heard I’ll receive a book for my specific workshop…when do I receive that?
All the materials for the workshops (books, notes, etc.) will be given to you the day of the event.
• Is there childcare available? We love kids, but WiredChurches.com events are adult learning environments only. We aren’t able to accommodate any children, so you will need to make other arrangements as necessary. Children will not be allowed at any event and childcare cannot take place on campus during an event. If it is necessary to bring a nursing infant with you, we will provide you access to a nursing room, but you will need to provide off-‐site childcare during the times the infant is not feeding.
• What’s the dress code?
Dress for WiredChurches.com events is casual. As the date of the event you’re attending nears, we recommend checking Weather.com (using the zip code 46530) for the weather predictions.

Workshop Registration/Check-‐In We have events happening at both campuses. Start times are spaced apart to enable you to carpool with your team. For any workshop held at the Granger Campus, registration/check-‐in begins at 8:15 a.m. and runs until 9 a.m. (EST) If you are attending Worship In The Sticks at the Elkhart Campus, registration/check-‐in begins at 8:45 a.m. and runs until 9:30 a.m. (EST) We encourage you to arrive early since the workshops will begin promptly at the start time. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and directed to check-‐in, where you’ll present your ticket. Since there are multiple events occurring on the same day, it will simplify the check-‐in process for you and your team if you know ahead of time which workshop each person will be attending. Registration Solutions If you need to transfer workshops, transfer names of attendees and/or add registrations for walk-‐in attendees, there is an area set aside near registration to answer your questions and process these requests. Tours We offer two guided facility tours throughout the day – at 8:25 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Sign-‐up under the skylight area, next to the Atrium. Any volunteer can help guide you to get signed up. Food Lunch and two snack breaks will be provided throughout the day. All food and beverages will be provided for you. Our Connection Café at the Granger Campus will be open before workshops begin and through the last break in the afternoon in case you need an extra pick-‐me-‐up. We offer a variety of coffees, non-‐coffee drinks and café-‐style snacks for purchase. The café will close a few minutes before the start of the workshops to allow guests enough time to get to their rooms. If you or a member of your team has special dietary needs, please fill out the Dietary Needs Request Form and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Staying Connected While you are here, we want you to be able to stay connected!
• WiFi™ Access. Both of our campuses are wireless hotspots. While you are here, open your wireless configuration utility and choose GCC Public to connect.
• Internet Cafe. If you’re at the Granger Campus, there is an Internet Cafe for you to utilize. Feel free to check email or surf the Web. It’s open all day!

Airports
Three airports are convenient to the South Bend area: • The South Bend Regional Airport is served by several airlines, the United Limo bus line and the South Shore
rail line. The airport is located about 25 minutes from Granger Community Church (sbnair.com). • Near downtown Chicago, Midway Airport is about a 2-‐hour drive (flychicago.com). • O'Hare International Airport, northwest of Chicago, is approximately 2.5-‐3 hours away (flychicago.com).
Bus & Rail Service In addition, the United Limo bus line serves Midway and O'Hare with daily stops in South Bend and Mishawaka (busville.com). The South Shore rail line also runs from Millennium Station in Chicago to its terminal at the South Bend Regional Airport (nictd.com).
