We are a local organization with deep roots in the community.

• Founded in 1983 as Heritage Windsor.

• What we do for our community?• Promote philanthropy and build connections between donors and

community projects.

• Make financial grants to a wide range of charities.

• How does it work?• Donations received are held in a permanent endowment.

• Income earned on the endowment is used to make grants to local charities.

• Donors may set up a fund to address issues that matter most to them.

• Our Donor Advised Funds are a viable alternative to a private foundation.

Balanced Fund

Includes assets from our own fund families – donor designated, donor advised, field of interest and agency funds.

Objective: to provide a balance between current income and long term capital growth through a diversified portfolio consisting of both income and equity investments.

Asset Mix: 50% Bonds, cash and short-term equivalents 50% Equities
