I am Arielle, owner of Wedded
Perfection, and an event planner with a
degree in hospitality management from the
University of Central Florida Rosen College.
There, I gained the knowledge and
experience I needed to create, plan,
organize, and coordinate all the details with
vendors. Since then, my team and I have worked with various vendors
in every part of the field, including photography, entertainment, floral,
decor and venue management. We combine this hard-earned
knowledge and passion with our own personal style to create an
unparalleled service to others. We have experience planning and
designing both weddings and corporate events, including a range of
affairs from intimate events and parties for 15 to large multi-day,
mutli-location events for over 1,000. Bringing our event coordination
background to the wedding industry lets our clients bring their vision
to life.
At Wedded Perfection we work with every budget. Whether it is
designing a simple DIY wedding, to an elaborate event, we can work
with you. We also offer unlimited meetings with most of our services!

Day-of Coordination Package
This service is $1,200 and includes:

Wedding Coordination FAQs
Why should I hire a wedding consultant?
Wedding planners help couples save time, money, and stress! We can do all of
the leg work. We know all of the best venues and vendors and many times we
can pass on discounts through those connections. We can personalize a budget
to fit your needs, and help to keep you on track. On top of all of the money and
time you can save we are also here to help make sure that everything that goes
into planning your wedding goes smoothly on the big day!
What is the difference between a day-of coordinator and a venue
coordinator?
Simply put, a day-of coordinator works specifically for you to make sure that
your day runs exactly the way you envisioned. Our team will go the extra mile
to make sure any and all of your needs are taken care of.
What types of weddings do you accommodate?
Any and all types of weddings. Including but not limited to civil, destination,
double weddings, eco-friendly/green, LGBT, and military.
Do you support or cater to any specific religions?
We cater to all religions or lack thereof.
Do you charge an hourly rate, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall
wedding budget? What is the retainer to secure your services?
We charge a flat rate dependant on the type of service that best suits your
needs. We will discuss what services you will need, and then discuss pricing
during or shortly after your initial consultation. In most cases, a deposit of
25-50% is required to secure our services. A fee schedule will be tailored to
your needs prior to signing a contract.
What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?
We have coordinated weddings from just the bride and groom only to over
twelve hundred guests.
What additional types of events do you service?
Anniversaries, Baby Showers/Milestones, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Birthdays, Bridal
Showers, Corporate Events, Debutante Balls, Engagement Parties, Graduations,
Holiday Parties, Proms, Quinceaneras, and Sweet 16s
How much communication will we have?
We have a policy to respond to all emails and phone messages in a timely
manner. We will respond to all messages within 24 business hours. We are the
only coordination company that offers unlimited emails, text, and phone
conversations, plus unlimited in person meetings with most packages. We also
utilize Trello to collaborate for planning which makes communication extremely
easy and efficient for all of our couples!
How many weddings or events will you coordinate per day?
Each wedding coordinator will only take one wedding or event per day.

Success Stories It is highly likely that something will go wrong on your big day. We are there
to handle those situations when they arise. The following are just a few
actual wedding mishaps, which Wedded Perfection fixed:
1. Venue staff never came to setup tables and chairs
● Our team arrives at all events 2 hours prior to guest arrival.
We had all hands on deck to set up.
2. Bride’s bustle broke
● We always have an emergency kit with us so that we were
able to sow and pin the dress in place.
3. Venue lost power
● The venue was going to have to close down and cancel, so we
moved the entire event outside.
4. Caterer forgot to bring beer and wine, and ran out of water
● We have at least 2 team members at every event, just in
case one needs to leave to run an errand.
5. Caterer’s rental company was missing linens
● We called our linen company, who rushed over matching
linens.
6. Photobooth would not work
● Our interns took photos with guest’s smartphones.
7. Caterer rental company forgot water goblets
● We called our preferred caterers who brought us the items we
needed.
8. Florist van was stolen with all of the wedding flowers inside of it
● We called our preferred florists who delivered what flowers
they had on hand so that the hired florist was able to recreate
every piece on time.
