Our pavilion style buildings, with a backdrop of green foliage and soft lighting, creates the perfect settingfor a picturesque and ambient wedding.

We pride ourselves as function specialists and creators of incredible moments within our beautiful hidden gem.

Your wedding or event can be a canapé style party for up to 200 guests or a sit down event for up to 120 guests.We also offer private spaces perfect for an intimate gathering for 30.

Not only are we a centrally located venue, but also offer professional wedding connections and in-house catering.

Now we are back from our honeymoon we have time to

touch base with all that were involved with making our

day so special.

We would like to thank yourself, Stacey and all the staff

at Greendays who made our day so special and run so

smoothly. We would also like to thank you for hosting

our brunch the next day, everyone had such a good time

and really enjoyed themselves.

We would like to sincerely thank the Chef/s, the food

certainly stole the show on the evening and has been

spoken about ever since! Every dish was well received

and could not be fl awed, the effort and thought into the

menu was evident on every dish.

Thank you so much for everything you did to make our day so great! We were so happy with how our reception turned out!

It was beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious! We have had so many comments about the food from our guests.

I cannot thank Ai ling, Stacey and all the amazing staff

at Greendays enough for making our special day so

amazing. They made the whole process of organising

the reception front start to fi nish a breeze. They were

super accommodating of our needs on the day they

even special ordered myself in a particular wine I drink

which wasn’t on their usual menu.

We had 80 guests at our wedding and the venue was

the perfect size to accommodate us and to have a big

enough dance fl oor. For food we had a two course al-

ternate drop which was delicious to say the least. Once

again super accommodating with menu choices also

as we had two vegans at our reception who were very

pleased with what they recieved.

If you are considering having your wedding at Green-

days you will not be disappointed as all our guests from

the day said it was easily the best wedding they had

been to and it was all thanks to the amazing team at

Greensdays!

Where do I start except WOW…Greendays was the

perfect venue for our wedding!

They went above and beyond in making sure our night

was exactly how we envisioned it. The staff were so

magnifi cent, kind and always checking in to make sure

we had everything we needed. They ran so seamlessly

(it was like pure magic).

We had so many guests comment on how great the

venue was and how it is such a ‘hidden gem’ on the Gold

Coast. Compared to other venues we had researched,

Greendays suited all our needs being so fl exible with

what we were wanting.

Food was incredible and the ambience was amazing.

We love all of our photos from the night too, the place

is stunning. Everything about Greendays is perfection!

We could not recommend this place highly enough!

quired deposit.

EVENT MANAGER AND MEETINGS

Once you have confirmed the date of your event our events coordinator will assist you with every aspect ofyour event to make the process seamless.

FINAL GUEST NUMBERS

Final guest numbers including dietary requirements must be provided 14 days prior to the event date. The host of the event will be charged for NO LESS than the number of confirmed guests. No refunds will be supplied for NO SHOWS.

DAMAGE LIABILIT Y & INSURANCE

Clients will be held financially liable for damage sustained to Greendays Restaurant & Bar during the event. While Greendays Restaurant & Bar takes all necessary care, we accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal

property prior to, during, or after your event. Neither does Greendays Restaurant & Bar accept responsibility for any injury caused by one guest to another.

BEHAVIOUR

Greendays Restaurant & Bar management wants you to enjoy your event but unruly or poor behaviour will not be tolerated. Please be aware of the close proximity of residential properties. Greendays Restaurant & Bar management

have the right to eject any patron from the venue who we believe is not acting in an appropriate manner or adhering to Greendays Restaurant & Bar behavioural policies.

LIQUOR LICENSING

Greendays Restaurant & Bar is a fully licensed establishment from 10 am to midnight. Their management andemployees will at all times be bound to state licensing laws and the responsible service of alcohol act.

MUSIC AND SOUND SYSTEM

Greendays Restaurant & Bar is equipped with a sound system. You are more than welcome to bring along a musicdevice to play during your event with Greendays Restaurant & Bar staff having the right to control music volume.

BOOKING POLICY | TERMS & CONDITIONS A booking will be considered as ‘confirmed’ when a ‘Booking Policy/Terms and Conditions form’ has been signed by

the person responsible for the event booking and returned by mail/email/or in person to Greendays Restaurant & Bar together with a $500.00 deposit.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

Greendays Restaurant & Bar must be notified IN writing of a cancellation.Deposits are refundable if the cancellation is 6 months prior to the event date.

If cancelled within 3 months of the event, the deposit & 50% of further payments made will be retained by Greendays.If cancelled within 2 weeks of the event, all monies paid will be retained by Greendays.

PAYMENTS

To secure your function, a deposit of $500 is required.50% of balance is due 3 months before the event.

Final payment is due 2 weeks before the eventAny additional charges to be charged on the provided credit card on the conclusion of the event
